- Drafting of your Antenuptial Contract (ANC)
- Registration of your ANC at the Deeds Office (includes the Deeds Office registration fee of approximately R500)
- Notarial Certificate addressed to the Marriage Officer confirming that an ANC has been executed
- Consultation to discuss the different matrimonial systems (optional)
